New Moon fashion

With the premiere of Twilight: New Moon around the corner it is time we take a look at what our favorite cast members will be wearing in the film.

Ashley Greene who plays Alice will will be wearing a grey zip around jacket by Michael Kors and a floral scarf by Banana Republic.

As for Kristen Stewart aka Bella she will be seen wearing J brand pencil leg jeans and a Billabong Hannah jacket.

How keep your makeup looking fresh

It is actually pretty easy to have your shadows and lipsticks last the entire day, when you know the tricks of the trade.

Lipliner is your friend
For lipstick, you first want to apply a lipliner. This will help prevent feathering or bleeding during the day. Start by applying at the corner of your lips and work your way up to the arch. After your lips are lined go ahead fill in it in. Then apply your lipstick.

A Primer is especially helpful prior to eyeshadow.

Before applying your eyeshadow all you need to do is add a primer. You can find these products at most beauty stores. I use a primer called Insurance by Too Faced that I bought at Ulta. I highly recommend this product. I use it every day before applying my eyeshadow and it works fantastic. Keep in mind when using your primer that is only takes a little tiny amount. Applying too much can decrease the effectiveness and of course cause you to run out sooner than necessary.

Tight Rolled Jeans

Fashion fads come and go, then come again but tight rolled jeans should just stay gone! The 80’s act of tucking and rolling your jeans has made a comeback and I have to say, it didn’t look good then and it doesn’t look good now. If you wish to save yourself, stay clear of this fashion no no or you might as well bring back day glow while you’re at it.

Timeless little black dress

Express has a new little black dress that looks like something straight from the show Mad Men. The sheik, shoulder-barring dress is available for $79.50. To accent the outfit a simple black clutch would be the way to go, along with subtle jewelry. I would not suggest wearing a necklace. Otherwise the look would come off as too busy.

Best Eye Shadow

Mac has to be one of my favorite brands of eyeshadow. The product gives a clean finished look and does not have a cheap glittery look unlike many shadows.  

Like most products of quality the shadows can be a bit pricey at $14.50 a piece. But, if you buy the pallete refill, it only costs $11 a shadow. And now Mac has an automated sytem which allows you to make your own custome pallete, so you can have them in one pracitical case.

The four shadow pallete costs $3.50 and the 15 shadow pallete costs $12. Either way you are still saving money on your Mac purchase.

I personally use Brule, Vanilla and Romp. These colors give a nice subtle day look and complement each other well.

Sweaters

Looking for cute sweaters to cuddle up in? Then look no further than go check out the assortment available at the Gap. Winter has come and it's time to warm up. This year forget the three quarter sleeves and vests and go for this stunning leather jacket..
